Since you are reading this, you probably know that I will be off to Chile soon. I've finally created this blog and plan on keeping everyone updated with pictures and posts as often as possible, so check back in every once in a while and comment away!
So far, all i know is that i'll be living in the capital city, Santiago, with a woman named Enriqueta and her son Pablo. They sent me an email a few days ago and sound really nice and welcoming and Enriqueta said she likes to cook which i hope means there will be good food! I'm hoping for lots of seafood!
After a lot of stress about getting my visa so that I will actually be allowed into Chile, I will finally be getting it next week. It should be a fun 14 hour bus ride to Chicago for an appointment that will take less than an hour.
Countdown: 16 days 'til Courtney crashes Chile. (I had to go with the alliteration...i just had to. Thanks Josh.)
